Released under the Starward Projects label is this highly sought after single malt which has been released at 48% abv and has spent it’s life maturing in an ex-ginger beer cask. This is batch number 5 and has been released in a 500ml bottle so there was more to go around.

Our Tasting Notes (From Release 4)

Colour: Copper

Nose: Signature Starward is there, warm spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. A touch of peach or mango and toffee apples.

Palate: Crystallised ginger, dried ginger root. Spices and sweet banana with a touch of caramel.

Finish: Ginger hangs around delivering flavour and spice. Fresh apple juice and toffee sweetness.
