A 30 year old single grain Scotch whisky from the Caledonian distillery, distilled in 1987 which was the year before Caledonian closed its doors for good. Matured in a single Hogshead barrel and only release 142 bottles released worldwide.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Burnt orange peel, vanilla bean ice cream, Red Kola cubes and soda bread.

Palate: Nutty on the approach with dried exotic fruits, mashed banana and dark chocolate walnut cake.

Finish: Millionaire Shortbread, nutmeg and cinnamon.
