Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Bold sherry notes combine with toffee and newly polished wood, Christmas cake spices and new leather.

Taste: Compote of dark berries, creamy toffee, toasted malted barley, roasted chestnuts and stewed dark fruits.

Finish: Long with blonde caramel, baking spices and rich toasted malt.
