With only 168 bottles available, this expression was first matured in a charred American Virgin Oak cask followed by further maturation in a first fill ex-Bourbon Barrel. It was then bottled exclusively for the Australian market by Amrut for the Australian Whisky club Dram Full. Distilled in December 2009 and bottled in April 2015.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Plenty of lemon citrus notes, a little pickled cucumber and warming oak spice.

Palate: There’s a slight creaminess leading to more citrus and stewed figs. Plenty of delicious oak characters with some subtle sweetness.

Finish: A long finish of burnt orange peel, a little white pepper and hints of vanilla and oak.
