Besserat de Bellefon Cuvée des Moines Blanc de Blancs becomes Besserat de Bellefon BLANC DE BLANCS Grand Cru.

This is actually the house’s’ emblematic Cuvée – the flagship.

It is a blend of the 6 villages Grand Cru from Côte des Blancs (no one is missing).

Tasting Notes:
To the eye a vivid yellow colour, pure & brilliant
Bouquet is airy with notes of acacia blossom & sea brine

In the mouth, tense, chalky, chiseled & preecise
