The Fannys Bay Distillery is located in Tam O’Shanter on the Northern Tasmanian coast. It was established in 2014 and the first barrel was laid to rest in November that year. They use a selection of Bourbon, Port, Sherry, Shiraz and Pinot barrels to mature their whisky sourcing these from some of the best known Coopers. Most of the whiskies produced here are small batch release and extremely limited.

This Sherry Barrel matured single malt has bottled at 53.4% ABV and boasts being only one of only 38 bottles created.
